Dynamics 365 partner for Australian businesses growing across borders.
We implement Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & Operations for Australian organisations: GST and BAS set up properly, one ledger across entities and currencies, and a team that is at its best when your business has a second country.
Three reasons Australian finance teams call us.
Inventory, projects, multiple entities and approvals in Business Central, without a stack of add-ons patched together.
Dynamics 365 partner, Melbourne → Compliance GST, BAS, payroll and e-invoicing, handled in the design.Tax codes mapped to BAS labels, payroll posting that reconciles, and Peppol e-invoicing planned in, not bolted on.
GST and BAS in Dynamics 365 → Operations in Africa A parent in Australia, subsidiaries in Africa, one set of numbers.Local tax e-invoicing, statutory payroll and multi-currency, consolidating to an AASB-reporting parent.
Australian companies in Africa →Most partners are good at the Australian ledger. We are good at the second country.
A single-country implementation is a solved problem. The hard projects have a subsidiary, a regulator or a currency that the first system was never designed for. That is where we spend our time.
Everything for Australia →A consultancy that also builds software.
We implement Dynamics 365 and publish twenty products that fill the gaps in it: payroll, tax e-invoicing, disbursements, fixed assets, fleet, warehousing and industry accounting. When something is missing, we build it rather than bill you to work around it.
Compliance in the design, not the end.
GST, BAS, payroll liabilities and e-invoicing are mapped in the Design phase and rehearsed in migration, so the first BAS from the new system is a check, not a discovery.
One accountable partner, in your time band.
Discover, Design, Deploy, Support under one team. Workshops with your team in Australian hours, with delivery supported from Nairobi and Johannesburg so the day is handed over rather than waited on.
Where we have run Dynamics 365
Our delivery record is in Africa and Europe: regulated, multi-currency, multi-entity environments where the tax authority and the bank both have a say in how a transaction posts. If an Australian reference is a requirement for you, ask and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
Products that fill the gaps in standard Dynamics 365.
Payroll, tax e-invoicing, disbursements, leasing, rentals, fleet, warehousing, fixed assets, mining, oil and gas, grants, procurement, retail, food and beverage and more. Several are built for markets outside Australia; we say which.
Delivery for every capital.
Remote-first with on-site workshops at the milestones that matter.
Straight answers before you book anything.
Which Dynamics 365 product suits an Australian mid-sized business?
Most organisations with up to a few hundred staff and one to a handful of legal entities are well served by Dynamics 365 Business Central. Finance & Operations becomes the better fit when you have many entities, heavy intercompany activity, complex manufacturing or demanding regulatory reporting. Entity count, integration load and reporting needs decide it, not headcount.
Does Dynamics 365 handle GST and BAS?
Yes. Microsoft ships Australian localisation for GST and BAS reporting in both Business Central and Finance & Operations. We configure tax codes, reporting periods and reconciliations to your setup and validate the first BAS against your books before you rely on it.
Can you support an Australian company with operations in Africa?
That is our strongest fit. We deliver Dynamics 365 for multi-entity, multi-currency groups across Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria and other markets, including local statutory payroll and tax-authority e-invoicing, and consolidate it to an Australian parent reporting under the AASB standards.
How long does a Business Central implementation take?
It depends on scope, data quality and how many entities go live together. A single-entity finance and supply-chain rollout is typically measured in months, not weeks; a multi-country template takes longer. We scope in phases and give you a plan in the first discovery workshop rather than a number before we understand the work.
Do you have Australian customer references?
Our delivery record is in Africa and Europe, and we will say so plainly. If an Australian reference is a hard requirement we will tell you whether we can meet it. What we offer is a delivery team that has run Dynamics 365 through demanding regulators and multi-currency groups, and a scoped discovery workshop so you can judge the fit before committing to a programme.
Where is Software Dynamics based?
Our Australian address is 5A Springs Road, Donnybrook, Victoria 3064, operating as Software Dynamics Group Pty Ltd. We also have offices in Nairobi and Johannesburg and deliver remotely with on-site workshops at key milestones.
